The Claydescope ceramic exhibition at Bulleen Art & Garden starts today and runs until 17 September at the Bolin Bolin Gallery as part of the Winter in Banyule Arts Festival.  The exhibition showcases works by members of The Claydreamers Pottery Studio who work in a variety of ceramic disciplines from garden sculpture to functional pottery.  I love the little Japanese looking girls below.  Entry is free and the gallery is open during nursery hours.  For more information contact 8850 3030 or visit
Bulleen Art & Garden is located at 6 Manningham Road West, Bulleen.

Speaking of plants and flowers, I popped into Jaclyn Roma Floral Design at Eaglemont Village to buy a present today and met Jacki New who is just gorgeous, as is her beautiful shop.

Lastly, the Monty Community Group is holding a carbon-neutral bush dance this Saturday night at Petrie Park Hall in Montmorency.  Tickets are $25 per person (you're not required to bring a partner) or $35 for families.  Call Jane on 9431 1445 or email:
